3-in-1!
This creative challenge has been a great time so far! What hasn’t been so great is my continuity when it comes to posting! Here are the results of Saturday, Sunday and today.
Creative Challenge #5 - Writing Tea
On Saturday I spent the afternoon all over the Vista golf course sitting in a cart, suggesting golf clubs, enjoying my company and basking in the sunshine. It was such a nice day out! Way better than last week when it was too windy to see anyone play a decent game (or breathe, for that matter). I was so inspired, I spent the better part of the time writing out some notes for “Tea” and then sorting through the details when I got home.

Creative Challenge #6 - Music
I’m not completely sure if performance or worship sets count but on Sunday I did little else but play music and spend time with loved ones. This is my red Ibanez, named Chaplin (as in “Charlie” …you can read a little bit about why I named it that here if you want to).

Creative Challenge #7 - Drawings
I like visual representations. Drawing is such a brilliant form of art! My mother is an incredibly talented artist. I believe that with enough time and space, she could draw just about anything she decided to. What I draw and what she draws are not even close to the same scale. In comparison, she makes the kind of museum art that evokes tears and I make the “art” that goes on the fridge in the macaroni picture frames!
That talent certainly did not pass down to me and even though I have never been very good at it, I still like to do it when I have the time. Here are some of the designs I started working on during lunch. There are a few more in my head and I’ve yet to decide what to do with them when they are complete, but I suppose that’s not the point!

How is everyone else doing with their challenges?
