Creative Challenge #4 - Exfoliation Scrubs
Today I made some organic sugar scrubs. These are a simple way to clean, exfoliate and/or even skin. They are easy to make, customizable for different skin needs and quite gentle. I like that.
- Cup O’Coffee: A caffeine scrub made from ground coffee, raw sugar, olive oil and a few other natural ingredients. It helps tighten the skin.
- Sugar Cookie: A sugar scrub made from raw sugar, extracts of vanilla and a few other things. It is for exfoliation and softening the skin.
I’ve been meaning to mess around with them and create some different combinations based upon skin type. I’ve recently studied about teas, citrus and milk. I would like to experiment with these ingredients at some point but I’ll have to save that for when I have a bit more time :)
